The question I'm asking is in regards to 'transferable' parts that can be used on a Marauder. Mine is approacing 100k, so I've started thinking about getting another car to use as a DD, which probably won't be for at least a year...by then my MM will have 100k+ on it.

My initial thought for a 2nd car was getting a POS/beater for a grand or two, but then thought about how getting OEM parts for the MM will be difficult as time goes on. This got me to thinking if there would be any benefit to buying a GM or CV as my 2nd car. Is there a decent amount of interior/exterior/engine parts that can be taken off a GM/CV and used on a MM? Which one offers more?

Would like to hear your inputs on this thought...TIA.

^^^ yes there are. But remember, the Marauder is a mix of the two.
There are of course, Marauder specific things; but other stuff is interchangable.

I'm actually trying to justify the reverse in my situation....Sons GM has had major money thrown at it....was trying to convince him to "UPGRADE" to the real deal and swap parts as needed/required to Maurader...This is going to be interesting....

Be smart and do what I did get a 98 and up corolla. Almost 40 mpg. And there good for past 300k miles. You can get a 98 and up for 2k and up or less if your lucky

Buy a nice low mileage marauder and continue using your current marauder as the dd
