I still havent decided on what i want the grille on my black marauder to look like. Do you guys like the original chrome emblem that come on it stock, or the "Gods head emblem? or how about painting the original emblem black or blacking out a godshead emblem. I think a badgeless grille would look cool, but i dont know how to "make one" or find one. I hear of this zack fellow that makes them but his reputation precedes him in a negative manner. But I dont know what to do. I do like the badgless grille idea but dont know how to get one. Thanks a bunch!

It's a matter of personal opinion. I decided on the Colex Gods head in polished aluminum and removed the OEM waterfall on both front and back. Google Marauder badgeless grille and you may find one or get the name of someone here who makes them.(or knows someone who does) Zack has made them in the past, at least. Not sure about now since he's not a member any longer. Try PMing 1st Merc to ask who did his badgeless.

Yup.

He makes both badgeless and mesh (in two mesh sizes).

I've got one of his medium mesh grilles on my car, and agree 100% with screamn, excellent workmanship. :up:

Correct. It's all personal opinion. I am not a fan of the badgeless grille & won't do it to my MM, however I appreciate the fact that people like the mod & make their mm their own

I did take my waterfall emblems off & replaced with another badge

I'd like to go badgeless aswell, though it crossed my mind to get an 03 cv header panel w/ one peice blacked out head and marker lights, with a cvpi grill. just a thouhgt though, has anyone tried that yet?

No - I'm staying local for the rest of this year.
I just got the car out of the body shop after it took a pretty nasty shot to the rear. I had some other paint work done while it was in there and I'm also concluding a purchase of some retirement property in VA so funds are low for the rest of this year.

Greg (3dogKnight) did the same thing.. well I think he painted his waterfall grille on the front and went badgeless on the trunk

I think Zack's negative rep has more to do with this board and conflicts with other tuners than the way he treats people/customers. He didn't know me from Adam and still helped me with no hesitation
