I have not read the 28 page Eaton swap guide so roast me if you must but do we have a general idea of what it costs to do the swap. Not counting the blower unit itself what do the parts cost? No deals, no instal, no tune, just buying the parts, all of them.
I found a M112 new in the box...any idea what its worth?

I have no idea how much a NIB Eaton costs.
But for all my parts, mostly new parts. I paid $4,000 +/- but if I subtracted the eaton then about $3,500+/-.

it's about what guspech750 stated, the brackets, lower and the intercooler alone are putting me into the 1000s range.
remember seeing either on ebay or another forum site that brand new m112 Eaton was going for about $900

Cost will depend largely on how patient you are, what kind of deals you can find, and used vs. new parts.
I got my stuff for just over $3,000 (minus the M112), and virtually all of it was used. If I'd have gone with some NIB parts, that number could have gone up closer to $4,000.
An example: one of the hardest parts to locate was the intercooler manifold. That's a small casting with two steel tubes and o-rings that fits on the front of the intercooler to route coolant to/from the heat exchanger. It took me over 6 months to find a used one, and I was able to pick the manifold, nipples, o-rings, and gasket up for $80 shipped. (I'd seen them for around $60 on e-bay, but let them slip by). Ford OEM price for the parts is well over $400.
Good source for used parts is svtperformance.com, and various Mustang forums as well as e-bay.

You can get the blower from 300 - 1000.Depending if it's new, ported.polished or what have you.the brackets alone are like 475.the lower intake 3-400,intercooler,heat exchanger etc. etc. All together I got about 4000 in parts.I chose to use a ported plenium which means I can't use the throttle body from my car.single bl oval TB another 300.Plus bigger injection jets.maybe a battery..it adds up..the blower isn't the main expense..once you start it's hard to stop.like a moving train.lots of momentum..the guys on this site will always be willing to help.great bunch of motorheads..good lock...Or you might find someone that has put all the parts together and for one reason or another decided not to put them on and will sell the complete set-up...

$4k is about right. I got a package deal with blower, intercooler, LIM, injectors, fuel rail, water manifold, plenum, throtle body and some misc parts for just over $900. I though that was the main expense but then came the $3k ish in brackets, hoses, wiring clips, BAP, etc, etc, etc. Its really the details that add up on this project. Even simple stuff like wiring to the BAP, battery extender cable, electrical conectors, gauges, pods, tune all add up to a decent expense. Im keeping a detailed spreadsheet of what I bought, part numbers, and how much I paid for it and will post it when the project is all said and done... If it ever happens.

Mine came with the tubes and o-rings, PM frdwrnch, IIRC, he's got the part numbers for various OEM Eaton components.

You should never pay more than 250-300 for just the Eaton, and that INCLUDES the bypass on it.

I ripped my O-rings on one of our Cobra's and ended up finding replacements just at the local auto-parts store. They aren't anything fancy.
