Diablosport Predator Tuner

I have a 03 Marauder with a jlt performance ram air intake, 4:10 gears and Flowmaster super 44 mufflers. I have been using the 93 k&n performance tune in my Diablosport Predator Tuner but I would like to modify some parameters. I have already modified the gear ratio and transmission shift pressure. Can anyone give me some advice on modifying the following:

IDLE RPM?
SPARK ADVANCE?
TORQUE MODULATION UP-SHIFT?
WOT FUEL?

I have the same mods basically and the same tuner u basically done all u can do. The other things u wanna change need to be by a tuner with a dyno. But some tuners can mail u a tune for ur mods alot of these other guys probably can help u more with that
