what would be a fair price to remove badge,fill holes prime and paint(blending paint about 1/3 of trunk) and clear coating the whole trunk lid??

Get estimates from different body shops. Labor rates are different all over the place so what someone pays in their area will be different than your area.

What Jim said. I'd guess somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 - $150.

I was looking for a number..I didn't want to slant your estimates by telling you the estimate I got..Anyway...$250..Sounds like a good price for good work...I think I'm going to go back and have the guy paint the whole trunk lid instead of "blending" it in...

That's actually a decent price, and +1 on getting the complete trunk lid done, blending a small area is tough on old paint.
