On the one pic you see the controls on the left side of the wheel .the top part of the control section is tilting to the right and the bottom part is tilting to the left. in otherwords it is crooked ..i put pics of the left side , ,the right side , and the whole thing so ya'll can see the difference..

I must be blind. I don't notice anything unusual.

Your not alone, I tried to detect something from the pictures but was unable to as well. Maybe more narrative will help.

Does the button panel fit snug?
You didn't get an "EJECT" button

Interesting... I noticed it right away, but mostly in the comparison (center) pic. The left "kidney" is cocked to the right at the top.

I know what you mean, the picture makes it hard to see, my MM came the same way with the "kidney" shaped controls crooked in the wheel. I complained and my dealer replaced the entire steering wheel with a new one to correct it.

Now I see what you mean. I'd talk to the dealer.

Does that make it an "organ boner"?

I think it was done by design. See, as you continue to drive your MM you will start getting a lot of "thumbs up" from other drivers. As you return the salute your left thumb will naturally begin to evolve into a longer appendage. Soon it will be long enough to comfortably reach the buttons. As least that was what I was told when I pointed it out to my SM (Ok, I made this all up).....
If it really did work that way I would have already been arrested for flashing another "appendage" out the window.......
