Window regulator install

BTW i found it easier to NOT drill out the window glass rivets while the glass was in the car, instead i pulled the rubber trim and pulled the whole unit out and drilled the glass rivets on my work bench (much safer)

Also there was no need to drill out and remove the regulator mount bracket rivets and no need to remove the bracket, the screws for the motor and regulator are easily accessible with the mount still riveted.

I found it easier to just cut off the head of the rivets with my grinder and then punch them out... forget trying to drill them... i was done with that real quick.

Completed the job in about 3 hours
