My Pal BT Vollmuth was busy sawing and welding last nite on his quest for increased "performance sound".
I got the call after dinner, to see if I was available for the start up.
The last trial included Wicked Flow mufflers, those got cut/removed last nite after a short while being on the car.
His exhaust now is;stock logs,Stock H pipe, Catless ,Borla Stingers Mufflers, 4" Magnaflo tips W/O resonators.
On the start;
Wholy Cow Cow!, I hope you go easy on the neighbors:argue:
He promised to treat us to a vid soon , mean time:censor:
I'm linking a short clip he posted to facebook.
The only thing louder is open headers, but without all the scatter.

Looking at it, it looks like I would need to sign in to view. Which means I would need an account first, guess I'll wait for the youtube version.:alone:

Not to worry Bro Hams! I was promised a full fledged U-tube video inclusive of some street antics, after a couple romps(post install) , I know his neighbors are wondering how come it was thundering last nite but no lightning! :bows:

Performance sound aka my old mufflers were too raspy so I changed it up. And to the best of my knowledge I don't know anyone one else with Stingers.

I think I was the reason you got the Wicked Flows in the first place, right?
I'm surprised that stingers were less raspy than the wicked flows though, stingers are pretty raw.

It's quite odd that two Coors', cans duct taped together can sound so sic :P:P

lol, to be quite honest, I would fully believe that no two wicked flows were alike (so to speak). Whenever anyone would ask me what I had, I had a near impossible time trying to locate anything that looked similar. I can assure you that I wasn't running the fart cannon mufflers that I would frequently find in my searches, however; the pair I bought looked like a typical double-wide oval muffler like you'd have from magnaflow or flowmaster.
This is how mine came out sounding, also "missing kitties" and without res tips:

This was also right before the transmission died, so the funky slushy shifts were due to that.

Yes that's the video I originally based my decision off of. I loved the way it sounded, but the decel rasp is what got to me...
I think we did get different types of Wicked Flow mufflers, I feel like our cars sounded different with the exact same setup, although mine were a direct fit, center/offset 18 inch oval body muffler, so I don't know.
