Saw a Silver Birch MM on I-495 Capital Beltway (Outerloop) eastbound toward Springfield, VA between 5:45 - 6:00 PM today (8 August 2012). Sighting was between Route 50 and Gallows Road exits in very heavy traffic.
Car looked stock, clean, no bumper inserts, slight damage to the rear valance under the "E-R". Lady driving. Virginia plates with just 4 letters. Don't think that I have ever seen this one in the area.
