The plan for my engine rebuild is for a 5.0 stroker.
I'm pretty sure my stock fuel system will not be enough to squeeze the power out that I want. Upgrading to a Ford GT fuel pump isn't an issue, injector size (already have a set of 39 lb ones) and MAFS is the real concerns.
If I go with the 39 lb injectors will I need a new MAF calibrated to them?

You will need a tune if you change injectors or MAF.

24 to 39 seems like a big jump to me, is there another size in between? Since the pistons aren't any bigger it won't really need that much more fuel will it?

39 lbs will be fine so will a lightning maf. As Chris stated it will need a tune.
What are your power goals?

When you say a lightning MAF, do you mean just ordering one from any parts house? If so what year lightning? Also does if fit out of the box or will it need adapters?

Absolutely a new tune. Your cylinder volume will be more changing your volumetric efficiency. GT40 fp, 39lbrs and the MAF will be A-ok with a tune for all.

It's not a big deal since the computer changes pulse width to what is needed. I think the 24's have 2 holes in a dual pattern and the 39's have 4 in a dual pattern for excellent atomization.

I got a 90mm LMAF I got from RacerX that I never got to put to use if you need one.

I'm guessing a dyno tune would probably be best of all, correct?

No real power goals set but with the NA combo I am trying to put together I could see 330-350rwhp.

I figured I would need one as I am close to the stock limits right now or at least was when the motor was running in it's prime. At least with going to the GT40 fp, 39 lbrs and LMAFS I have room to grow if I decide to add an Eaton on down the road.

Okay, thanks!
