Just had Flowmasters installed (welded) and drove down to The St Louis area - noticed after the car got nice and warm (high speeds of 90 plus) that I get vibration on turns, in reverse and after I rev the engine to 4k rpm and release quickly ( I get like a after vibration when back to normal rpm). Should they have put that balance back on the drivers side?

Get a pair of CV exhaust dampers from a junk yard.......your vibration will be gone or very greatly reduced!!

I had a vibration too. They welded the pipes a little too much on angle and my tips were hitting the inside of the bumper cover just enough for it to be audible. Just bend the hanger on the tip to bring it in slightly. That worked for me.

Another idea......when the pipes get HOT they "grow" as much as 1/2" in length and mine (over the axle bend) would touch the fuel tank when good and hot!!:argue:

Since yours does it after high speed driving that could be it??

The dampers eliminate rattling at idle and just off idle!!

Good Luck!!

+1 on pipe to frame/body panel contact after warm-up/expansion. Not uncommon problem on new fit-up of exhaust components.

After looking extensively I saw that the pipe over the axle was hitting a screw head to the fuel pump. The muffler shop fixed it. Was driving me crazy.
Thanks guys.
Not related to exhaust...are the power seat switches supposed to be illuminated?

Good information on the exhaust rattles.

And the power seat switches do not illuminate.
