Brake PAD info

Are the Brake pads on all panther vehicles the same? Can i order crown vic, p71, or marquis pads all the same? I hear there are some "severe duty" Police service pads designed for CVPI and can fit marauder how true is this, I would like the best i can get my hands on! thanks a bunch!!

CVPI pads will give off more dust then the others.

What would the best pads be in the moderate price range???Probably need rotors also,same question...
