I've found those aren't entirely accurate. I have around 530 CRANK hp with 39lbrs @39psi rail pressure and they are not maxed.

Yes. That has nothing to do with injector max output though. You could be running a triple hat return style and unless you up actual rail pressure from the stock 39psi in the tune, it doesn't change max injector output or duty cycle. Don't get me wrong, this is a good quick-check sheet that gives you plenty of room for error. :beer:

I agree with RacerX. I have seen marauders make close to 700rwhp on 60lbs.

I think the point of the thread is a base line chart to give you an idea of where to start, actual injector size will vary with your combo.
