wacky wipers were relentless. then went to only working on high. bought new FoMoCo motor. installed. back to normal. found it odd they are asking for core. but then again this is my first wiper motor install EVER!

If you got a NEW motor there shouldn't be a core charge or core return. Rebuilt motor yes..... new no...

he said there was a core charge but I didn't have to pay it since I have a good relationship with them. I brought the old motor back a few hours later. motor looked new, could very well been rebuilt. who knows. its in the car now. lol

Ford doesn't sell brand new wiper motors for this application (at least for the last 2 I installed). All they have is reman units.
