Running a JLT CAI without a Tune ok?

Is installing a cold air intake, without having the car tuned a good idea? Im waiting to get my 4.10's before I tune it, but can I still install my cai now, without any worries?

Yes. Just disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes. The computer will "relearn" after driving a bit.

So I should remove old setup, and install cai with battery still hooked up, then when swap is complete unhook for 30 mins and hook back up?

I would unhook while you are doing the swap. It'll take about 30m anyways. Last thing you do is hook up the battery!
