Just wanted to let you guys know about the great service I recieved at DaSilva Racing in pickering. I had 4.10 gears installed, SCT tune and a dyno. End results were 274 rwhp and 299 tq. 4.10 gears were nice and quiet, no noise at all. The day after the work was done i went for a drive, after the drive i smelt differential fluid. I looked at the rear wheel and noticed lots of fluid on the inside of the wheel. The following day i gave Joe a call to let him know about the problem, we both agreed it was the axle seal, Joe said if i pick up the seals and bring the car in he will fix the car no charge. He suggested that since the rear end was apart maybe i should consider putting new bearings in. I picked up new bearings and had them installed aswell for a charge of $25 per side. All in all i was pleased with how Joe resolved everything and would recommend anyone to visit DaSilva Racing for any work they would like done.

Sounds like when he did the gear swap he left the axles partically installed and the weight of the axle damaged the seals....common mistake that happens.....axles should be completed removed to avoid this type of problem......glad to hear he fixed ya up......

Ya it was great to deal with Joe, didnt try to up sell anything and he understands how to keep customers happy and come back for more business. Thats why i would recommend him.

Hotford, they did take the axles completely out but had some trouble getting everything apart, the rear end was never apart before and was diffcult to get out. My guess is that was how the seals got damaged.
