I'm replacing my driver's side bottom door hinge assy only. Will I need to adjust it or no adjustment necessary? I did a search but didn't find a thread that was specific.
Thanks!

You will need to adjust it, at least it's the bottom, and not the top hinge.

If the hinge is not worn, just replace the hinge PIN.
Replacing the PINs should realign your door.

Because the one bolt is hard to get to on the drivers side without removing the dashboard.

The lower hinge is cheap to acquire at any Ford/Lincoln dealer. I only know of hinge pin kits used for the ol' Fox body Mustangs.

Got you Spectragod; I'm extremely hesitant about removing any part of the dashboard to be honest! :o
