Lot's of requests for blue of one shade or another. The blue is certainly nice and also appropriate.....but in addition there are other colors that work as well or ( better, that would interest at least me.) JMHO

High temp paint with high temp primer and a good coat of clear, followed by wet sanding. It's all in the prep. I never cared for wrinkle finish, I like it smooooth.

I seen a lot of different colors for cam covers, blue, red, gold, silver, purple, chrome, yellow, and wrinkle black finish. When choosing your color, make sure it goes with other accessories of your engine because they are the focal point and a unusual color will look out of place. Black, chrome and silver match everything under the hood.

Thats what I did to my Alluminator covers! I like it but now Iam kinda wanting the blue back to help mix it up I kinda feel like I got to much black lol
