Does anyone know how to take the shifter grip, with the O/D button on it off? If so, are there any after market pieces that have the O/D function on it? Any Info would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks. Jeff.

The black cuff underneath the shifter handle slides down, behind it is two torx screws. Remove them and the shifter handle will pull off. There is a plug for the OD inside the cuff that has to be unplugged. The button pulls out and there is a spring inside as well. I'm not sure about a aftermarket alternative but you can try.
