Hey fellas,

I got a squeak coming from the rear suspension and sounds like I am towing a trailer! Ok what should I be using to grease it with and what? My next step is to do all new shocks and the Sparta ultimate handling pack etc. but until then Id like to not sound like I am towing a freakin trailer Hahah.

Try spraying the bushings in the rear with lube. If the bushing are really shot, use brake fluid as it will cause the rubber to swell but it will cause accelerated bushing deterioration.

I used Pennzoil marine grease when I installed the Addco sway bar...that was 8 years ago and it's still quiet.

Well had a chance to inspect the suspension and it turns out the braces holding the mufflers in place is causing the noise. Looks like the weld on the right side is cracking loose. Gonna go next Saturday and have a local shop re-weld the piece or replace altogether.

At least it wasn't some suspension component coming loose or damaged! In looking at the rear suspension shocks, watts, control arms and sway bar looks to be doable as a self install! I'd probably have a shop do the front shocks though.
