Does anyone have a cam removal and install instructions?

I'm getting ready for next month's cam and header install without pulling the motor.

Contact 03mmmonroe, he did his cam install about a month ago.

You also may want to PM him to discuss results, car is currently about 0.5 seconds slower with the Cobra cams installed. He's hoping to get them degreed within the next couple of weeks, followed by another dyno run, but as it stands right now, low end performance is down with the cam swap.
