Now that you have Registered for Marauderville X (MV10) and booked your hotel room, its time to start thinking about your packing list of what to bring to the event(s). Here's a few tips ...... Please add more if you can think of them. :D
1. MV10 Itinerary (for quick reference. Print this off from the Itinerary thread and put it in the MM over the visor or somewhere where it is handy).
2. Maps of the area if you are not relying on GPS.
3. FRS/GMRS radios for convoy communications (don't forget the base charger if you have one). Channel 5 is the MM.Net channel.
4. Folding chairs (they come in very handy).
5. Camera (with spare batteries) and/or video recorder.
6. MM Black leather jacket (for cool temps and possibly some photo ops).
7. Hat (s) might be needed for the day of the carshow or other extended time outside.
8. Sunscreen (maybe) --- hoping for alot of sun during the week.
9. MM Detailing supplies for quick touch-ups (microfiber towels, california duster, Absorber/Chamois for morning wipe downs .... and other items).
10. Pop-Up tent if you have one.
11. Cooler and ice.
12. Bottled water or your favorite beverage(s).
13. One week's supply of Marauder T-Shirts.
14. Windbreaker, sweater or jersey for the cooler nights.
15. If you still have your "Marauder Flag" from MV9 ... bring it and fly it in convoy.
16. DON'T FORGET TO TOP OFF YOUR GAS TANK WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL (OR JUST BEFORE ARRIVAL). ACTIVITIES START EARLY ON THURSDAY MORNING AND THE CONVOYS TO EVENTS DO NOT STOP FOR GAS. ;)
