I can not tell you how many shows and cruise nights I have been to and been the only one there. I do not mind though because the Mistress does not have to share attention! LOL

LOL I guess so I was not there and my spelling blows like the wind.

Snake eyes at this show. They gave out peer pic (which I hate) Top 25 and a few specialty trophies, best interior etc. There were some really nice cars to look at and more of them than I expected, over 225 for a 1st annual show. Honestly was shocked when Ms. D and I pulled in around 9:15 to see over a 100 cars already there. Had to school a few and the MM got a lot of looky-loos but not enough votes for a trophy. Maybe next year.

It is funny how many people claim to know the Marauder and need to be schooled on things once they start stating the wrong facts. LOL
I run into so many like that at the shows!

But yes it seems like more and more turn out for new shows and even the older ones growing like crazy.

But sorry you did not win anything there! :(

Nice to hear your both going to them though together! It is not easy getting Francisco to go with me.

And the guys I normally hang with have been going to less and less of them for various reasons. But they can hit ones I can not seeing each have classic show cars.

I do well at the shows where I stick around and talk about the Mistress when I am out looking around and taking pics I never win a thing. I am working on a show book so everyone can see all the before and after work on her. Too many think she is stock even with the color work on the engine. Like you can ever buy a car that way?! :rolleyes: :lol:
