Have started noticing a vibration in the steering wheel around 60 mph in the last week or so, haven't had the tires rebalanced yet, but don't think thats the problem.

Did notice when I did my brake lines recently that my sway bar links looked not right...

Would this lead to my vibration?

Don't think the MM has had any front end work done on it since new, it has 90k miles on it now...so guessing its due. I know the boots on the ball joints are ripped but dont have any other front end noise...so dont know if they are bad...

Your sway bar links and your ball joints will not cause a vibration.

I agree with you.

BTW before getting any balancing done clean the inside of the rims get any build up off of them so they balance out well!

When ball joints start making noise they're beyond bad. Have them checked.
