'04 Black MM

My MM turned 66K miles last Friday since we took delivery on 06/30/2004. But today the A/C stopped working on the drive home, no good. Just stopped, blowing hot air instead of cold. There has been a snapping sound mid dash by the radio, last week that eventually went away, but not today, the A/C just quit.

I will try the diagnostic, but I am wondering if it is the blend door or the actuator?

Classic symptoms of a bad blend door actuator.

I did the diagnostic and got a 025 code, which was an intermittent actuator calibration, does this still mean the actuator needs replacement? Part # if so, and who has the best price?

Blend door actuator.

Either the dealer or check on-line. Usually about $75.00.
