Driver Seat Problem

The top part of my driver seat will no longer let back as far as it use to. The top part lets back to about 90 degrees now, i am sitting straight up..it use to let all the way back..does anyone know what the problem could be?

Bad motor or a bad actuator arm that the motor bolts to. Is your car a 03' or 04"?

If its the actuator i may have a new one on the box for sale.
