Are we talking shorties, or long tubes?

If they're the stockers, not worth it.

As mentioned previously... stock Cobra headers are useless / waste of money.
Either shorty or long tube headers are an involved install..... from the EGR tube to mating it up to the rest of the stock exhaust.

Do a set of long tubes to the factory connection point! The time is well worth it once installed.
