Brenda and I are going up. Anyone else interested in going? It will be a great day!
It will also be a reconnaissance mission for the upcoming FFW.
We could meet for breakfast and caravan up. It isn't neccesary to stay till 4 pm and they should have a tech inspection so you will know what is expected of you when you comew to compete.

If I'm on the road, I'm in (see real paint woes.)

I might run up there. I don't live that far away, I travel a lot for work so I'm reticent about travelling on weekends, but having a Marauder is changing that. I don't think I'd want to run my new car, I'd probably need safety stuff I don't have yet anyway. I don't have any problem flogging it like a rented mule, but there are rules... I'll bring one or both of my sons, and watch. I am a lazy bum on Sat AM as I'm usually returning late Fri night from my work trips.
I live near exit 126 (Chateau Elan exit) and could join the caravan on relatively short notice, or ride up there and hook up. Keep me posted via this forum:)

In a stock Marauder all the safety equipment you'll need is the factory installed seat belts. Helmets at Commerce commence (I put those words together on purpose) under 14.00 I seem to recall. BTW, cyclone, I like that sig. :baaa:

Not looking too good for me, Marauder is still in the body shop. If that changes, I'll be there. :depress:

I went to Commerce today and the line to get thru Technical was 40 cars long. I mean it was a 2-4 hr wait to get the car teched so, I didn't run today. I will go to Southeastern Dragway on March 14th as per my previous post. I did scope out Commerce so I can try to negotiate a semi decent spot for the Marauder Corral.
Start serious planning for the FFW in April. Its going to be a great time. A good warm up for Indy.
