I ran mine NA in the winter the last few years with Blizzaks and and she handled pissah! :D Now that I'm sc'd though, I may drive the Mountaineer when there's snow on the streets.

Welcome to MM.net! Where from in MA??? I'm orginally from Sudbury/Boylston...... I had occasion to drive my first Marauder in the snow equipped with BFG KD2's, and was pleasantly surprised at how well the car communicated what it was going to do..... Disclaimer~ If I lived there yearround, I would run a winter specific set up in the winter for sure....

In the end it is a big heavy car, but proper tires have at least as much to do with how it performs as road conditions do, on a Marauder.

I drive my MM yearround and have winter tires that make it manageable. Let's hope we get another winter this year like last year! Could have practically skipped the tire swap. 17" Lincoln rims.

Welcome and good luck on your search. With proper tires and respect by the driver the MM is manageable in light snow and slush.
