Will be home based in Horntown just north of Wallop's Island.

I may have to look into retirement homes in Horntown. The wife says I could qualify easily. ;)

Looks like today and tomorrow are beach weather days so it's off to Assateague Island to swim in the ocean!
Thursday afternoon will be O/C & Friday maybe Virginia Beach.
Charlie, there are still some lots for sale @ Corbin Hall by private owners.
