If you plan on doing an Eaton swap, I'd allow 6 to 14 months to collect parts, another couple of weeks after that for parts fabbing, installation and a dyno run, along with a $3,750 - $4,500 budget for parts and $800 to $1,200 for installation and dyno tuning unless you're DYI.
