Baby back from bodyshop

31294Just gor her back from body shop,for all who saw her in NH,painted used rear bumper cover no more door dent,front cover repaired and painted.she is almost respectable,somehow there is already some rubber on the rear cover,behind rear wheels , go figure.Next the headlights.

Hopefully the shop used the correct type of paint with flex additive for the bumper.......

My P71 got a new rear bumper cover/skin, body shop painted it, looked perfect but in a matter of months some areas were beginning to crack.....I was livid :mad:. Nothing came in contact with the bumper.

Shop said they put flex additive in the first time but redid it again and same thing but took a little longer.

Painter even showed me a painted flat soccer ball with the flex additive paint sprayed on it and crushed it even further and it lasted which was said to be the true test.

I came to realize that the original painted bumper is the strongest.....

500 for the rear cover ,1000 for the paint and bodywork.

Congratulations on getting her fixed up, Rich! Look forward to seeing it hopefully at one of these upcoming meets....and for sure in NH next summer.
