When I purchased my car, it had straight 2 1/2" piping from the headers to the stock exhaust (crimped down to 2 1/4" just before the stock mufflers) with no cats.
After dealing with the raspy noise coming outta my backend (giggity), I finally went to an exhaust shop and had some Flowmaster 40 series welded in. And man on man, does this thing sound :censor: mean!
I'll hopefully have some video to upload by this weekend for you all to hear.
As it stands, my exhaust setup is essentially straight pipe with flowmaster, no cats, and resonator delete tips.
