Try Eaton springs for lowering.

I put coil overs in and maybe because they were the wrong spring rate - every six months I had to adjust them. after 4 years they were shot. I went back to original set up, cutting 1 coil off the original springs, I like it better.

Do you only cut 1 coil cut for the front and the back or just the back? Can that be done by your local mechanic, or is this something that's specialized and has to be fabricated to fit your car? Or is it just that simple cutting 1 coil length off the front and back. I think this looks really cool on the car. Does anyone have pictures with just the stock rims with the car lowered?

just cut the front springs, the back can be lowered by moving the height adjustment sensor to the left or right (there is a bunch of threads about that - no back springs just air bags). So yes, your local mechanic can cut 1 coil off the fronts and it will look great. Check out my thread about the Firehawk tires and you will see the stance of my car.

How much did you lower your car in the front? How is everyday hazard clearance?

Oh man, QA1 have a horrible reputation for their coil over setups in Mustangs. At least around here.
You're better off sticking with a modified factory coil or the ebach's
