the custom light blue marauder with huge blower

i was just wndering whos marauder that was again and i hope its ok i stole that pichure and made it my computers background lol...

but i finally found a pichure to show my buddys and when found one they almost :censor: there pants really...lol

i just wwanted to know little more about that machine and wondering if that marauder was acually to run down the track do you think it would be the fastest marauder

i know tripple treat has the marauder with the flames on it and says worlds fastest marauder and it IS the fastest as of right now 1/4 mile wise

but what if THIS one ran down the track what do you guys think it could take it or is that HUGEEE blower more of a show car..but i knowwww it makes tonsss iof power/hq

i would loveee to see that car in person...

bigs props to the people who has took a big 4 door grocery getter sleeper and rebuilt it ground up to make it a BIG FASTTT car

one days thats what i would like to do is to buy a messed up marauder that was neglected and rebuild the entire car and put a huge blower on it with a powerglide tranmission in her and just have it a non-street legal drag racing machine and get on the top 10 marauder time slips ONE DAY ONE DAY gotta have dreams....

The one video I saw of that car running down the 1/4 actually wasn't that great a time, but I also remember that he had one hell of a time trying to hook in that vid. I'm pretty positive it's much quicker than that vid would lead to believe.

Not to mention that it really is a one-of-a-kind Marauder with that badass blower setup....

You should have come to MV10. TMF's ProRauder was there in person and you could have asked him all your questions.

This car draws attention wherever it goes, and TMF has done an OUTSTANDING job on the build, nothing cobbled on this car. :up:

sorry about spelling one word wrong i just seem to type to fast for my own good and will miss a word or two lol

but yea i really wish i would have attended that and seen that bad azz rauder in person and ask a ton of questions

that is just a beauty im not too fond on that peticular shade of blue but everyone has there own style and color they like and people can do whatever they want with the car they paid for.....

but all in all that car is amazing

what type of motor is in that car is my main question bec i always thought to have that type of blower on the can it would be a carb motor not a fuel injected is that right or am i just wrong...

It's a Ford mod motor, not sure if it's still a 4.6L or if it's been punched out. The blower is non-intercooled, but the engine is fueled with E-85, so the alcohol content has a cooling effect on the intake charge.

The throttle/intake system on it is custom built, IIRC, TMF is running twin throttle bodies into the blower, but I don't know what size they are.

Lest you think it is just a trailer queen, TooManyFord, 1stMerc & I all caravaned from st louis to atlanta for the super heavyweight shootout a few years back, and TMFords had to drive 350 miles just to get it to st louis.
