New Nu Nrg

Hello, I picked up my new Marauder from a local CAM member 1 Sept 12. Deal was too good to pass off & this MM had (mostly) everything I was looking for in my new ride:

Black 2003 300b
Rear spoiler
Tint
64k miles
Kooks headers
Aero turbines

Sorry for the delay in making this announcement. I have been busy parting out old nu nrg as well as just busy with life & work.

I am working on making this marauder into my own, much like nu nrg was before my accident. I didnt want to start over from scratch so looking for a new marauder had to have several items. I also thought it was key to have additional upgrades (such as headers, supercharger, suspension, exhaust etc), although not necessarily that order..

I have already converted some of my old parts onto the new ride & have several parts waiting to put on (sparta control arms, watts link, eibach lowering springs & flowmaster 40s) I am not a fan of the aero turbines so I will be replacing them with the flowmasters. My name is, on the list for cone eng 4" tips so I hope to add those as well

I have a lot,of work left on my old marauder but looking to pick up where I left off

Lookin' good!!! Make sure you change the front struts to KYBs when you do your Eibachs, My first marauder hit the limits of the struts all the time and the valving was wrong for Eibachs.

Thanks everyone, appreciate the kind words. there was no question in my mind about not getting another Marauder. i had my eye on a few for sale on this forum and they were really nice cars.

Indeed, I plan on keeping this one for a long time. And also, i think I got all of my daily driving duties/responsibilities out of my old car. This one is going to stay garaged, no driving in the rain (or any kind of inclement weather) and keep the mileage low. I had a blast driving my original Marauder and I still enjoy driving it, but after 6+ years, starting to realize parts for our cars are getting rarer by the day. I want to keep this one for awhile :)

Correct, this is the one. Was posted on CL in June i believe and I am not sure about Auto Trader, but he said the deal didn't go down and he had to sell it again.

I don't think so, it's the X mid pipe. The over axle tail pipes, i'm not sure.

I have Aeros on and i want to do an x pipe so i think yours is the closest sound clip ill be able to find in order for me to judge if i like it or not.

too be honest I am starting to enjoy the exhaust. I find I like the tone at low speeds & slowly building up acceleration. If I punch the throttle or accelerate too rapidly, I get that obnoxious loud rattling from the aeros.. Just not a fan

Nope, I had thought about it but decided against it plus the trooper didn't show so the ticket was thrown out. I may change them if the car becomes a lot louder after my new engine goes in.
