Greetings!
After several false starts since last September, the logo-wear program is getting underway. I've spoken with Logan and will be running the program. We will have hats (similar to the prototypes I had made for one of the early efforts, and which photographs you can find in other threads), Polo-brand golf shirts, denim shirts, wind shirts (see link at end of this message for an example of what this is), gym bags and, if sufficient interest, 'ceramic-wear' (i.e. coffee mugs, etc.). Some of this stuff might show up at Indy, but I don't know yet. Some degree of customization is possible (i.e. my first name is embroidered on the left sleeve of my Polo shirt, for example, in matching silver thread). Any color you want, as long as it's black-and-silver.
I need about a week and a half to two weeks to finalize the prices (no, I don't have ANY idea what they will be yet), and Logan needs about the same amount of time to set up the storefront. PayPal will be accepted. My only requirement is that you have enough patience to allow me to get a reasonable minimum order together for a reasonable price, or else be prepared to accept a higher cost in return for faster delivery, because I don't want to carry inventory. This'll be 'build to order.' Shipping will be additional. No handling charges - I don't plan on handling your stuff enough to charge you for it.
So -- as they say, "watch this space." And stop bugging Logan.
And, of course, "a portion of the proceeds will be donated to MM.net to fund the annual MM.net vacation in Paris. Guests of MM.net stay at the fabulous Holiday Inn in Paris, Texas."
Fair warning: Flamers will be moved to the bottom of the list (commonly referred to as "ignore"). Complaining about the price counts as a flame. If it's too expensive, don't buy it, but I won't scrimp on quality.
Cheers,
Mark
Here's an example of a wind shirt from my favorite baseball team (you might have to reassemble the link):
