Lately I've been noticing after it rains and i open the door or dive WATER pours from the passager side door. Is this normal?
Today I got inside to drive ad heard water just swooshing around. I pulled out the driveway and alllll the water starts to pour out leaving a trail from the driveway down the street till it was done emptying.
One day I had to swing the door back and forth to get the water to come out of the little hole at the bottom of the door.

That and the seal along the bottom of the window may be cracked or torn allowing more water than normal to get in.

It looks fine to me. I can take it off and see what's it look like under it. Is that a replacement part to buy?

What holes? The water comes from the holes I'm trying to see why is it getting in there in the first place

The fitting around the bottom of the window seems to be pretty tight since it streaks the hell out of y window when I put it up and down

He is talking about the drainage holes along the bottom seam of the door, if the get blocked with rust/debri or whatever the water will build up

Ok. But is water supposed to be in there period?
Also it only happens when the car is sitting still/parked during heavy rain. No rust at all on her. Water comes out the hole closest to the edge of the door on the opening side. Tomorrow I will check the other holes an see what's up. Maybe remove the panel and check the other holes

Some water is going to pass thru the door and thats normal, the fact that you state water is collecting in the door confirms that its not draining out thru the bottom drain holes as there plugged/blocked
After a heavy rain or carwash as soon as you open the door the water should drain thru the drain holes as its intended to.

Some MM's including mine had tape over these holes in the bottom of the doors. I know I found it and removed it. It's not hard to see so check and make sure these holes are opened.

+1 on this ^^^^^^^
I noticed the tape on my door around the drainage holes with small little slits........how can the water drain effiecently.
I pulled the tape comepletely off all the doors around the drainage holes so would have better flowwwwwwww.
Why in the hell would Ford put tape around these drain holes  :shake:
Guess, like they say "job security".

I think the tape is on there to prevent the holes from clogging when the body got painted.

Thanks Jim! Makes sense.
I think it would have been nice, if after painting that these pieces of tape were removed to prevent future troubles before being shipped to the dealers.

Make sure that you put them back!
They're ORIGINAL! ;)
I make it a point to open the "downslope" door after rain or washing.
The water rushes out.
