You know this info should be place permanently on the home page--since its so often asked or referred too--and why not--its good reference always a permanent stamp for/of our car...whata say Mary? __________________

I like the idea. Pictures aren't that great a quality but I could copy the info into a spreadsheet and maybe put a small box on the home page to click on. Give me a little time to think of the best way to do it.

I've seen some dispute between the # for DX being 327 and 328. Does anybody have any info on that? The more accurate sources seem to say 328, but I see 327 listed in a LOT of places.

The 327 number resulted in some confusion between a SB and a DBP on one of the earlier sequence numbering systems that some of us used.

The correct number is 328, verified by the Ford Performance Group.

The number 327 was commonly accepted in the early days from about 2003-2005 or 2006. Then there was a dispute or theory that it was really 328 and that one Silver Birch actually ended up as a Blue MM or vice versa or something.

When the FPG certificates were issued, they categorically said it was 328. Of course when you count the breakout of radios for Blues it is only 327.

It is one (328) or the other (327) we are certain. And there may be a Blue MM out there without a radio. Or, it was really 327 after all.

In any event, I am not changing my showboard, my signature or anything else again. Besides, there are exactly 164 left. Maybe 163???

I'm excluding mine, because I had it. I'll fix it to avoid confusion ;)

Thank you Mary for considering and thinking this a "good" point for us to have up-front!....and taking the interest...Tom
