Good Day fellow MM owners,
I am Michael B. from N. Texas. Middle-aged but with a 20 yr-old mind.
Like the rest of you, I fell in love with the 03-04 MM about 10 year ago. At that time all I could do is dream. My wonderful wife agreed and I finally bought one!! My son and I are flying up to Detroit to drive it back home to Dallas this weekend.
I had AIM do a premium pre-purchase inspection and it came back with not one issue.
The MM I bought was mentioned on this forum a while back: 2004, 26K, 1307/3214, 420/1237(black). I scoured the web to find one for sale for the last 2 years to no avail. I pretty much gave up and would look half-heartedly. I knew when I found it, I was going to buy it. The gentleman I purchased this from is very nice, extremely helpful and has made this whole deal go very smooth (this is my first purchase without seeing a car).
It was mentioned in a previous thread that the price was too high. I disagree. For the care this gentleman gave his MM, it was very fair. MM's are one of the most beautiful domestic automobiles thus made. This was the only vehicle I have ever truly wanted.
Since my 17 yr-old son loves the 96 Impalas, I really thought he'd be more excited about our MM. Unfortunately he isn't there yet. I am pretty sure he will once he sees and rides in it.
Once I have it home I will post some pictures.

I sure appreciate the offer. We are flying in to Detroit and driving up to Flint. Should be a new experience for us from all that I have heard about Detroit traffic. We already have our hotel reservations and will complete the purchase Saturday.
Again, thanks so much for the offer!

Congrats on your purchase...this site is invaluable if you have any questions about your MM...I have gotten so much very useful information about my DTR '04 MM...I would not have attempted many of the things I have done to it without the good folks here to answer questions and provide valuable help.
Good luck with your long journey back to the lone star state...if you get to Wimberley, let me know.

welcome aboard, enjoy the roadtrip, and hopefilly your son can pry your hands off the wheel during the ride back.
I'm Pat, a member of the North Texas Marauders. Although I live in NW Louisiana, Bossier City, the NTM is the closest Marauder organization.
We have several events each year so stay tuned to this site and forum. A big GTG in Louisville, Ky is set for early April I believe. This usually brings out some premier Marauders.
Where in North Texas are you located if I may ask? Some of us could visit.
