Every time I put a 20 amp fuse in the box, the fuse blows instantly. . Does anyone or did anyone ever have this problem ? I have no seat adjustment, gas cap access, and no pedal adjustment.

Is there anything prior to the fuse blowing that happened?

Try wiggling all the wires connected to the affected areas if you can and see if that fixes it? I had a piece of metal stuck in the lighter hole in a truck I was driving and it'd blow whenever you stuck anything in the lighter hole

Seat adjustment being in the door, I would look for a pinched wire in the harness where it enters the door.

Which number fuse is it... the number in the fuse box?

Fuse is 602, I think. It drove 800 miles with no problem. Seat now won't adjust. I replaced the fuse and all was good. The next time I tried to move the seats, ...no movement, ( and all associated electronic crap on that fuse ). I changed the fuse again & it blew before I got it in the box.
Taking to my mechanic for the 'before winter' going over and this AND 'wacky wiper syndrome' should be resolved.

Fixed. $ 250.00 labor. Pinched harness under carpet on passenger side from factory. There was a TSB on this. Now, on to the wacky wiper syndrome..... I bought a new motor that will be installed after Spring.

Interesting, I don't have this issue. Did you happen to get the TSB number?
