Here are some pictures.
One catch - the oem gasket doesn't fit. The cast posts on the back side do push down on the tops of the coils and a small bead of RTV as applied in the picture makes the seal.
I will be confirming this tommorow on a road trip up to Rhinebeck, NY. Forecast is for rain so I will find out the hard way!

Thanks again Tom - I love them! Still wish I would have had you powder coat them but I was like a kid on Christmas Morning when you got these and had to have them right away!

Looking fine....!!!!!

And I guess you answered my question, as I was afraid that the stock gaskets would not be compatible.

Do you know if they make gaskets that fit these finned coil covers?

No gaskets that I know of. The RTV looks like it hit all the way around.

After the road trip the RTV will be set. I'll pull them just to make sure there is a full seal.

+1, never thought about doing that.

My oil & filter gets changed every 5k. All I have to do is check the OD.... 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 etc.

Thanks for all the comments!!

Date & mileage on filters goes back to my plant/facilities Maintenance Manager days. Even w/a good record keeping system, having a graphic reminder on the actual equipment helps make sure that nothing slips through the cracks. The mechanics/operators doing daily inspections see the service interval approaching and can flag the equipment if anything goes past due!
As a DD I can't always stop and change the oil at exactly 3000 miles so the date and mileage go on the filter so I have an easy reminder for my CRS! LOL

Next time your in NY we'll have to get together for a cold one.
Just bought the retirement property down in VA on the Eastern Shore. Next time I'm down there I'll let you know so we can try to get together down there!
