Ok here is the problem I'm trying to get the fog light housings out and replaced with new ones (they are filled with water). Problem is I can't get the housings out seems like they are held onto the inside of the bumper with some sort of pin? Please help me get these things out. Also what other vehicles use the fogs from our MM's? one more thing do HID bulbs fit into the fogs without modification?

There is a holder attached to the bumper and screws hold the fog lamps in it.....kinda hard to get to through the access flaps......thus I removed the flaps!!
2002-2004 Mazda Miata (I think) lamps are identical at about 1/4 the $$$'s....exactly the same lamps with bulbs!!:argue:
As far as alternate bulbs....I put SilverStars in mine and they lasted 3 months......I burn them day and night!! Went back to OEM bulbs and they still work almost 9 years later!!:bows:

You have to remove the 4 retaining screws for each foglight. Usually 3 are easy to get to and one is hard to access.
Hint...... look at your new foglights.....
