Update and the SSHS

Due to a change in my treatment, I will most likely be missing the Shootout this year. I'm asking that my fellow racers go out and shut up those Impala guys ;) I'm not a sure no go as of yet, I'll find out for sure on Tuesday, but it looks unlikely at this moment. Here's the dope on my treatment. The first chemo drug stopped the growth of the tumors in my lungs, but not my liver. The second stopped the growth in the liver, but not the lungs. Meanwhile, a tumor on my spine and another on one of my ribs have each grown to where my doctor wants me to have radiation therapy (via what they call a gamma knife) to kill them dead. After that, on to a different chemo. As I learn more, I'll keep you posted. Happy Racing/Raudering my friends.

Paul I'm sorry to hear this. I've been looking forward to seeing you and meeting your wife. I was also looking forward to you doing excessive burn outs, and being band from the track. I was going to call and find out where you were going to be staying and try to book a room there too. Then make the trip to Alabama together. I may not be able to go do to my work. We'll just see how work and weather play out. If you need me to take care of anything on this end let me know. GET WELL SOON!!! And don't let Sandy get you either!
