I'm getting better at tig welding. Here's a repair to a MM valve cover.

I'm looking to pick up a Miller Diversion 165 TIG and option foot pedal very soon along with a Hobart Handler 190 MIG (absolutely LOVE the 175 at work) just looking to hammer out the best deal on both to save some coin.

What are you using?

I bought an Everlast PowerPro256

It's been a good machine so far but I did have to make some improvements to the foot pedal which I understand they re-designed. I like the fact that I can use it to plasma cut and stick weld too. I also have a 110V Century Mig welder that for what I do is just the right size.
BTW, You can haggle with Everlast. I think I ended up at $1600 delivered on my kit. Just needed to buy a tank.

Right now I have a heavy steel plate that I place on top of my work bench.
