I remember seeing a graph someone made on the estimate of marauders left,(http://www.mercurymarauder.net/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/8671)
and im wondering, has anybody tried keeping track of crashed/totaled marauders?

Yeah there was a member who was keeping a tally years ago but I forget the name. When Bluerauder sees this thread tomorrow morning he'll tell you

If the DTR was closer, I'd snag it for the right price.

The DTRs fixable but it'll take work and time. The rollovers screwed. And not many parts good to use still from it it looks like. Anyone able to read what the emblem says on the rear?

I think that RoyLPita was tracking VINs active and wrecked. However, it is just too difficult a problem without access to a major database like the Insurance Industry. Not even sure that is even possible to track through them since some just might not be registered.

Less than half of all possible Marauder owners (or prior owners) are represented on MM.Net as members (5,326). I suspect that less than 1/2 of the members on the site actually have a Marauder. So, probably only about 25% of the owners were ever represented here at all. Even that seems high since many "members" are one time visitors who are only here for a couple days or weeks and then move on.

Don't think you can do any more than make an estimate. The graph below is mine and is ONLY an ESTIMATE.

Nice graph looks good to me. I think the average attrition is about 10% a year but I think it starts to level off at about 10 years IIRC as then there are as many cars stored away as driven.
