What's with my VIN?

So the documents from Ford say:
"2ME - H - M79 - V - 0 - 4 - X 000000"

The 2ME is for "Ford Motor Company of Canada".
The H for all the airbags.
The M79 for Mercury Marauder.

Why then is the first of my VIN: 2MHHM79.... ?

What's extra H for? Why is there no E after the M ?
(It is the the correct VIN for my car).

Does this have anything to do with the car being "not complete" because of the Moonroof option?

The H means the vehicle left the plant as a incomplete vehicle to get the Moonroof installed. Only 04's have this because of the factory moonroof option.

The '04 with sun roof got that VIN because the install was done outside the factory...

Ya it probably was "ASC".

They are also the company responsible for changing Fox Mustang "Notches" into convertibles.
