Put a bigger pulley on the idler arm. That will squeeze the belt around the blower pulley more.

Or you can run a bigger blower pulley and then get a bigger crank pulley to up the boost.

Thanks Bob! Brandon designed this new setup for me. I like it and it did get rid of all the slip. Our main concern in doing this way was to minimize pressure on the snout of the S/C.

As Chris said, we can make this set up for you and then ship it out to you. I will be honest, I do not have any experience shipping to your country so it will be hard for me to judge shipping charges on this.

Let me know if you are interested.

Dear CWright,
you get Boost 18 PSI.
Could you please tell me the size of pulleys ?
because I have Pulley size 3.0 Upper
and 4 lb lower pulley
and I got 13 to 14 PSI

thanks

That is definatly low. We have a 4lb lower and the 3.5"(stock upper) and make 19.5psi. With the 4lb lower and 3.2 upper I saw 24psi. But it may be a little lower cause it either ran out of fuel or blew the spark out and seemed to jump up right when it fell on its face.

We have zero problems with belt slip with either of those pulley combos. With the 4lb lower and 3.5 upper we are using a 56" belt. I have to take the blower pulley off, put the belt over the pulley then bolt the pulley to the blower.

It sounds like your tensioner maybe maxed out under load. Which means it is not putting any pressure on the belt.

Is that your car in the first picture?

Here is our setup. We are just using the stock trilogy tensioner.
http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u216/blown38/15.jpg

And in this pic you can see I drilled and tapped another set of holes to clock the tensioner when we use the 3.2 pulley. So the tensioner has room to work.

HI everyone

i think there is no problem with fuel it's 50psi at wot and 40~@ Pt

AFR 11.5 WOT 14.7 ~ 14.9 @ PT

spark 18 with pump gas 95
maf V MAX 3.8

do you think the vacuum lines make this problem ?

do you have the diagram for Whipple supercharge vacuum lines ?!

If you are making 14psi of boost you theoretically should have 54 psi of fuel pressure on a gauge with the base pressure of 40psi. If you are logging Fuel Pressure from the computer it should stay at 40psi.

What fuel pump are you using? Is it a return fuel system or the stock returnless?

hi again

today i work on the car and i fix the boost problem , now reading 18~19 PSI

but now the problem the AFR when i hit the gas it's reading 11.5 after after 4000 RPM 13.2 and after 5000 15.3

this the data from data-log i take it today( the files on the attachments )

it's stock fuel system + SCT3000 + gt40 pump + boost Pump + 60 injectors

update : the fuel at PT it's 42~45 PSi not 40 PSI

this the setting for the MAF

Where it looks like you are going with this build. I would change to return style. It shouldn't cost much more to do a full return system than to keep adding to your returnless. The return is easy to tune too.

I run 24+psi on a Vortec Jt-Trim Super...use 60 psi Inj & 2 GT40 fuel pumps...on returnless system...but I addeda new SS hose fuel line from pump(s) to a new fuel rail... It works great so far beyond 625rwhp... Going to get anew Dyno tune soon... I Have also upgrade my air to water intercooler system bit...
