I honestly am not trying to sell it. It basically was a bet to show that people would show interest even if it was priced high. I get $1 for every email I get about it, and the running total is now up to $23.

IIRC he did it because he saw how many other panthers around his area were posted up for outrageous amounts of money so he figured he'd play along. Maybe that was someone else?

Well, since I have been drug through the mud on here, and nothing I say will change it most likely. I would like to at least clear the air on what the TRUTH is....

For starters, I am the one who owns the sport. I NEVER said I was NOT going to sell it, and just posted it for giggles. The fact is, I love the car...but I will sell it

The original idea of the post on CVN that was tossed around on here is this;

I did not post it just to win the damn bet n and NO I AM NOT 14, I am no different than anyone else on here, or anywhere that is selling their car. I am asking what I feel I can get for it. It is my car, my choice in price, as with anyone else. Everyone elses choice whether to buy it for that price, offer less, or ignore all together, to each thier own. Guess I should have been more clear in my description on there.

The bet was that nobody would even be interested at the price I posted it for. But fact is, people are. While I am not NEEDING or ACTIVELY TRYING to get rid of it asap, if someone offers me the right price, YES I WILL SELL IT. I could use the money, BUT I DO NOT NEED IT.

The bet never was to post it just to see how many email i can get. And while the wording may have been suspect to those of us that know the platform and such, I never lied about anything in the ad. THe funny part which was mentioned on CVN is the wording, because so many people word their ads in such a way, I figured I would ad some of it into my ad.

- Do I expect to get $9000-$10,000 for it? NO
- Will I sell it for under $8000? NO NO NO...Not because I think that mine is gold and others aren't, but because I know what iti s worth to me and what I have in it...

So fact is, the story circulating on here is completely inaccurate. Does it matter that I tried to straighten it out here? Probably not, but if I am going to be bashed on here, or anywhere, I would at least like those who are doing the bashing to at least have the FATCS and not assumptions. And like any other on here selling their ride, mine may or may not be worth the asking price, but that is what it is worth to me, and if someone else finds that it is worth that much, or close to it, then they can have it. I have gotten a ton of nice trade offers, but just not exactly what I am looking for.
