My Nitrous works

Several years ago my ZEX nitrous system computer went Kaput. The ZEX company sent me a new one for the same price of a rebuilt model. Thank you ZEX. :nos:

However, after installing the new computer I never used the system for one reason or another.

But, since Zack has repaired my engine and the car is running great and James79stang is visiting me, I thought it would be an auspicious time to reset the system and test it out with mock up hoses. We did and the system works.

So I employed the system on my private strip and it works great. :burnout:

Although it's only a fifty shot, used to cool the inlet charge since I don't use an S/C intercooler, it does make itself known. James said that he could see the front of the car lift and the rear tires haze a bit. :burn:

I love it when a plan comes together.:up:

Yea, I prolly had a "look". I was thinking more of a malfunction, but when the power level abruptly changed for the better I felt elated.

Do you have a custom tune(SCT or other)....Did you retard the timing???How big a shot did you use????

I don't know, over the years every and I mean every person I knew that used the gas blew their motor, thinking more and more it was everyone.
Over at least 50-60% started small and it was like a drug, just a little more Please? Boom!

How big of shots?
Were they tuned?
Were they tuned properly?
